HOMESOY Panna Cotta Earl Grey

 

For Glutinous Rice

Ingredients

  • Black Glutinous Rice 50gm
  • Sugar 50gm
  • UFC Coconut Milk Original Drink 200gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pandan Leaves 3pcs
  • Water
  • Instructions

    1. Cook glutinous rice and pandan leaves with water. Cook until texture is soft and dry.
    2. Add sugar and salt; set aside to cool.
    3. Add UFC Coconut Original Milk Drink and mix well.

     

    For Panna Cotta

    Ingredients

  • HOMESOY No Sugar Added 1,000ml
  • Sugar 180gm
  • Gelatin 200 Bloom 16gm
  • Water (Cold)
  • Dilmah Earl Grey Tea Bag 4pcs
    • Instructions

      1. Bloom gelatin with cold water.
      2. Heat soya milk with sugar and bring to boil. Turn off fire.
      3. Add in bloomed gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves.
      4. Divide mixture into 2 parts.
      5. Steep one part of the mixture with earl grey tea.
      6. Pour the other mixture at the bottom layer of a cup and leave it to set in the chiller.
      7. When the bottom layer is set, pour the Earl Grey mixture on top. Keep chill to allow the panna cotta to set.
      8. Top the panna cotta with the glutinous rice mixture before serving.
