
HOMESOY Panna Cotta Earl Grey
For Glutinous Rice
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cook glutinous rice and pandan leaves with water. Cook until texture is soft and dry.
- Add sugar and salt; set aside to cool.
- Add UFC Coconut Original Milk Drink and mix well.
For Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- Bloom gelatin with cold water.
- Heat soya milk with sugar and bring to boil. Turn off fire.
- Add in bloomed gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves.
- Divide mixture into 2 parts.
- Steep one part of the mixture with earl grey tea.
- Pour the other mixture at the bottom layer of a cup and leave it to set in the chiller.
- When the bottom layer is set, pour the Earl Grey mixture on top. Keep chill to allow the panna cotta to set.
- Top the panna cotta with the glutinous rice mixture before serving.
