HOMESOY Panna Cotta Black Sesame

 

For Glutinous Rice

Ingredients

  • Black Glutinous Rice 50gm
  • Sugar 50gm
  • UFC Coconut Milk Original Drink 200gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pandan Leaves 3pcs
  • Water
  • Instructions

    1. Cook glutinous rice with water and pandan leave until texture is soft and dry.
    2. Add sugar and salt; set aside to cool.
    3. Add UFC Coconut Original Milk Drink and mix well.

     

    For Panna Cotta

    Ingredients

  • HOMESOY No Sugar Added 1,000ml
  • Sugar 180gm
  • Gelatin 200 Bloom 16gm
  • Water (Cold)
  • Black Sesame Powder 15gm
  • Instructions

    1. Bloom gelatin with cold water.
    2. Boil sugar and soya milk. Turn off fire.
    3. Add in bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    4. Divide mixture into 2 parts.
    5. Mix one part of the mixture with black sesame powder.
    6. Pour the second mixture at the bottom layer of a cup and let it set in the chiller.
    7. When the bottom layer is set, pour the black sesame mixture over it. Keep chill to allow the panna cotta to set.
    8. Top the panna cotta with the glutinous rice mixture before serving.
