HOMESOY Honey Melon Ice Cream

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 20g corn starch
  • 10g icing sugar
  • 300ml HOMESOY Honey Melon Soya Milk
  • 200ml Non Dairy Whipping Cream

 

Methods:

  1. Whisk egg yolks, cornstarch and sugar.
  2. Heat 300ml HOMESOY Honey Melon Soya Milk in sauce pan until hot.
  3. Gently stream soya into egg yolk mixture while whisking constantly.
  4. Return the mixture to saucepan and cook until almost thicken.
  5. Take saucepan off the heat and whisk until the custard thicken further.
  6. Press the custard through a sieve.
  7. Whisk 200ml non-dairy whipping cream till stiff peak and mix in custard until well combined.
  8. Pour mixture into a container and freeze.
  9. After 2 hours, gently whisk mixture and refreeze. Ice cream is ready to serve.
